Want to ride a Harley to Daytona?

If you're lucky enough to take a trip to the wonderful sunshine state of Florida don't miss the opportunity to hire a Harley Davidson.

Motorcycle rental in the USA is a fairly simple affair, all the main dealerships hire out bikes which can be booked online prior to your visit, just like car hire. We hired our machines whilst in Orlando and still managed to get a selection of brand new Harleys to choose from at a very reasonable price, approximately £70 for a 24hour hire including insurance.

Daytona Bike Week usually starts towards the end of February or the first week in March and is not to be missed - it sometimes coincides with the start of the Nascar Championships, so if you're a petrol head you're in for a real treat. Riding alongside Daytona Beach with a thousand other bikes is something never to be forgotten, the atmosphere is electric. In Daytona Harleys are undoubtedly a way of life, not just a mode of transport.

I hear some of you grumbling you don't like Harleys, but believe me, in a Country and State that embraces motorcycling, in glorious sunshine, with thousands of other like minded riders, they really are the only bike to ride - Make mine a hog!

With last minute, direct flights from only £208, and luxury villas in gated communities from £330 a week, riding a Harley into Daytona need not be just a dream.
