Terms and Conditions ...
A Deposit is paid upon booking Training/Tests with Smart Rider Training Limited.
Balance of Fee is due on the first day of Training, However Smart Rider Training Limited reserve the right to request balance of fee seven days prior to commencement of Training.
A minimum notice period of one calendar month is required to cancel Training/Tests,this must be done in writing to Smart Rider Training Limited, Miles Kingsport, Witham, Hull, HU9 1AT.
Cancellation of Training/Tests at short notice will result in an administration charge of 20% of the whole course fee.
Whilst Smart Rider Training Limited will make every effort to re-schedule Training dates and times prior to a pre-booked Test, under no circumstances can Training time be re-scheduled after the pre-booked Test date.
Smart Rider Training Limited Instructors will only wait fifteen minutes from the start of a Training Session for late arrivals.
If you telephone and speak to an Instructor in person, other trainees’ wishes may be taken into consideration and a decision to wait may be made.
Due to the necessity for Instructor accompaniment there may be an unavoidable delay after your Practical Test whilst the next Candidate is Testing.
If you do not attend a Training Session then that Session’s fee is forfeit.
Although Smart Rider Training Limited makes every effort to honour prices quoted, in exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
All Goods/Certificates remain the property of Smart Rider Training Limited until paid for in full.
Smart Rider Training Limited cannot be held responsible in the event of strikes, petrol shortages, road blockades or road closures.
Smart Rider Training cannot be held responsible in the event of severe weather conditions.
Smart Rider Training cannot be held responsible in the event of Tests been cancelled or abandoned by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).
All Deposits/Course Fees once paid are non-refundable.
Making a payment to us means you accept our terms and conditions.
In the unlikely event of Smart Rider Training Limited cancelling Training/Tests a full refund will be given.
Our primary concern is your safety and that of other road users and pedestrians.
We unreservedly reserve the right to alter training course content/machines to ensure this.
