Growing up with two motorcycle-obsessed brothers, it is hardly surprising Heather now runs a motorcycle rider training school.
Heather started her first business aged only twenty years old. Exploiting a gap in the rider training market she was unfaltering in her commitment and dedication to be the best in her vocation, resulting in her team of seven staff winning a national competition.
Feeling she had achieved her goals, Heather sold the business and contemplated what to do next. Another gap in the training market appeared and Smart Rider Training Limited was born.
Heather tackled this business with the same enthusiasm as the last whilst embarking on a seven-year plan to become the country’s most qualified female motorcycle rider trainer. This achieved she now looks to the future, to the growth and continued success of Smart Rider Training and its new associated companies. With such a strong, highly skilled and dedicated team, Heather eagerly looks forward to achieving a new set of goals.
After completing a BA (Hons) in Training and Education with The University of Huddersfield, and a Certificate of Coaching and Mentoring with The University of Hull, Heather has just embarked on yet another Degree, being acutely aware investing time and resources in the business will ensure the Smart companies remain at the forefront of professional training and assessment.
